Products: Automotive Tires

1. Responsibel for daily monitor of all order pending delivery and monitor outbound delivery report, inventory report or other from 3PL to ensure report is accurate and submit on time.
2. Responsible for 'Control & Inventory Balance Report' for Tire. Coordinate about transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to optimize efficiency in delivering products or services to customers, ensuring on-time delivery and cost-effectiveness as well as evaluating the 3PL and forwarders' performance for their service level.
3. Coordinate and support tire production year to Sales Team and register new customer & update data to all relevant parties.
4. Supervise, communicate and provide support on sales operational and projects, destruction or recycling initiatives. Receive order from Sales Team, FOC (Free of Charge) in-house operation and enter transaction to system for sales order issue. Daily issue Tax invoices after the product has delivered to customers included in credit note cycle.
5. Manage documentation to tire collection & special requisition process, distribute and match D/O (Delivery Order) with invoice for monthly invoice acknowledgement and file documents.
6. Oversee 3PL operational, oversee inbound, import, and export operations and ensure timely delivery to customers through close collaboration with freight forwarders and the mother company.
7. Issue monthly Purchase Oder to head office, stay updated on industry regulations, trade laws, and compliance standards related to supply chain operations, ensuring the company's adherence to legal requirements and best practices.
8. Prepare and manage TISI documents for smooth international shipments, including license application and renewal processes.
9. Responsible for 'Yearly Stock Checking' for all warehouses twice a year. Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, and demand planning to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and ensuring availability to meet customer demands.
10. Responsible for company's inventory by checking and investigating any disparity between company’s warehouse & internal system.
11. Corporate with Accounting Dept. to control credit limit on system.
12. Support monthly balance receiving for Import & Local product.
13. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
3. Required minimum 3 years of work experience as Sales Coordinator from trading company with experience in logistics coordination & documentation dealing with logistics agency, factory and sales.
4. Intermediate level of English.
5. Required willingness to work on flexible schedule on weekdays upon request (Overtime allowance will be given accordingly).
