• Maintain Digital Platforms and Infrastructure Foundations of GPSC Group in align with policies and procedures to ensure Digital Platforms and Infrastructure Foundations are well operated and maintained to support GPSC business
• Digital Workspaces
• Cloud Infrastructures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Security Protection and Prevention systems
• Ensure Digital platform, Cloud infrastructure, IT Infrastructure is improved to meet new user requirement and business requirements
• Lead in Project Management for new digital platform, cloud infrastructure, IT Infrastructure or IT-related systems.
• Ensure Digital Platforms and Infrastructure foundations are well operated and maintained in aligned with IT operation processes
• Ensure Digital Platforms and Infrastructure Foundations are delivered services as defined SLA
• Leading to solve and troubleshoot incident in Digital Platforms and Infrastructure Foundations to meet SLA
• Ensure Digital Platforms and Infrastructure Foundations are secured and compliance with cyber and information security framework.
• Ensure Digital Platforms and Infrastructure foundations are improving by studying new technology and adoption
• Leading IT Project implementation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male/Female, 27-33 years old
• Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience of Infrastructure System/Cloud Platform Management.
• Good English skill over TOEIC 550
• Experience in IT Infrastructure Project Implementation
• Experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Infrastructure Administrative
• Experience in Office 365 Management
• Experience in Network (LAN, WAN, Internet) Management will be advantage
• Experience in Antivirus Management will be advantage
• Experience in Cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure) Management will be advantage
• Experience in ISO27001 and NIST Standard will be advantage
• Good understanding of Computer Architecture.
• Good understanding of Cloud Infrastructure Architecture and Internet Technology.
• Good understanding of Virtual Machine
• Good interpersonal skills with a strong teamwork spirit.
• Good analytical, problem-solving skills, learning attitude, good service mind and customer focus
• Willing to work under pressure
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
