- Processing Forecast and orders process and control all delivery transactions.
- Collecting and analyzing customer purchasing demands.
- Advice delivery information and monitoring delivery schedule as per the plan.
- Clarify Product specification and Service details to Customer, Maker and Shipping company
- Handling Quality control, NG and complaint issues.
- Maintains client and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and providing follow-up to ensure the customer is satisfied.
- Make collecting feedback a company process and measure customer satisfaction regularly.
- To handle special project with Government sectors such as registration of Company's information change in Government section system, support Thai customs new regulation, and DFT backward investigation issue.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female, age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's or Higher degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least proven 3-5 years experience in Export Sales & Import job function or related field
- Good command in Japanese and English (Speaking & Writing)
- Proficiency in computer programs: Outlook , Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure with a self-starter environment.
