• Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to production staff
• Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
• Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
• Monitor production metrics and adjust as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
• Determining quality control standards
• Overseeing production processes
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team
• Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
• Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
• Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to improve production process
• Follow up, measure performance and report to the business that the management has done to the Factory manager and Production general manager.
• Prepare status reports and production achieve rate for the Factory manager / General manager/Directors.
• Report production performance, make suggestion plan (long-and short-term) and improvement

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, aged 35-45 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Packaging technology / General Science Any related fields
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
• Experience with inventory management and supply chain logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong production management skill & related Achievement
• Productivity Development Experience/ Ability
• Analytical, initiative for new solutions and strategy with problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with excellent in negotiation
• Good command in English (Internal/ External communication, report with Management)
