- The Front End Supervisor’s role is to lead a team of Front-End Developers.
- Responsible for developing and implementing front-end design and code standards, improving the customer experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing development projects, and providing training and guidance to team members.
- Estimate, design, develop and deliver features assigned to the front end team. Fix issues and maintain frontend interfaces.
- Be a strong contributor to the frontend team.
- Review pull requests, comment and help your team to improve.
- Able to work with the squad to achieve goals and meet expectations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of experienced in Front-End Development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a must
- Strong customer service skills with experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience in Software Development including knowledge of software development methodologies and tools
- Experience in creating and delivering training content to technical and non-technical audiences
- No need English skill, if able to communicate is the advantage.

- Experience in leading a team of Front-End Developers is a plus
- Familiarity with agile programming methodologies and version control systems is a plus
- Experience with React, Angular, or other front-end frameworks is a plus
