1. Conduct Internal Audits (once/year for 1 months.)
- In order to ensure compliance with IATF/ISO certification.
- After conducting internal audits, ask other departments to revise rules and review processes so the quality of the products / the manufacturing process will improve.
- Follow-up other departments to see if actions/improvements are done.

2. In charge of External Audit
(Audit will be done by an external independent audit organization)
After getting feedback from external audits, ask other departments to revise rules and review processes so the quality of the products / the manufacturing process will improve.

3. Regularly find out if there are any rules that are missing or that needs to improve.
Work with relevant departments to revise rules, and continuously improve the quality of products and services.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, age 25-35 years old
- More than 3 years of working experience as QMS (Quality Management System) in manufacturing industry
- Experience in car industry is highly preferred. (This company produces automobile/motorbike parts.)
- Knowledge of ISO/IATF (=International standard for automobile part manufacturing)
- Lower Intermediate level of English (Used internal email with Japanese managers)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
