JOB DETAIL

• Analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, implementing, coordinating, supporting, and maintaining Business Applications (SAP and non-SAP) and the entire implementation of the project at the group company.
• Maintain corporate IT compatibility in daily operations to work normally and more efficiently.
• Improve Business Application System (SAP and non-SAP) to support users and make operations work better.
• Ensure IT compliance with corporate governance and best practices.
• Integration of systems on different platforms.
• Keep pace with technological change.
• Build and maintain a strong knowledge of digital solutions and technologies and educate and inform users of new offerings or opportunities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male/Female, 26-32 years old
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• Experienced in Business Requirement: Functional and Non-Functional.
• Experience in SDLC and all processes in developing the application (designing, programming, developing, and testing)
• Experience in SAP with one or more following modules SD, ISU, MM, IM, WM, PM, PS, FI, CO, or HCM.
• Good knowledge of Software Development, Software Engineering, Software Development Life Cycle, Software Quality Control, Project Management process, Technology Landscape such as programming languages, system architecture, how the code works, its performance, and limitations.
• Strong user requirements gathering, analysis, and application design.
• Strong problem-solving, and excellent analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with business and technical teams.
• Logical thinking, self-motivated, independent, and willing to work under pressure.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, Good interpersonal skills with a strong teamwork spirit
