- Responsible for liaising and consulting with senior operations personnel and corporate finance on all site-related business and strategic matters.
- Manage, support, and partner with operations personnel on budgeting and forecasting process, with the ability to articulate to executive management major fluctuation drivers.
- Responsible for the month-end close process.
- Responsible for reporting and analytics and presenting financial results to executives on a monthly basis.
- Interface and partner with the corporate cost accounting team, including the design and set up of scalable systems and processes to measure and manage performance.
- Leading the development, monitoring, and reporting of key operational metrics and driving processes to improve consistent productivity and efficiency improvements.
- Manage reporting requirements and ensure processes and systems are established, and lead a highly capable team to meet business needs.
- Assist with special projects as requested.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in a related field
• 5 years of working experience in Financial Planning & Analysis for the consultant.
• At least 10 years of working experience in Financial Planning & Analysis for the manager.
• Experience in Financial Planning at a consulting company
• Experience of SAC Planning experience (SAP Analytics Cloud) or BPC Planning experience who is interested SAC Planning
• Experience of other Financial Planning tool (Hyperion, Cognos TM1, Anaplan etc.)
• Experience of project (team task) planning, project (team task) execution as PM or Team Lead
• Corporate profiles for FP&A is considered with some experience on advisory to client e.g. consulting, audit, professional advisor etc but must have consulting experiences
• Upper-Intermediate Level of English
