【Job Description】
・Document creation
・Estimates, invoices, statements of delivery, contracts related to sales, etc.
※We may also ask you to create proposal materials and explanatory documents for customers.
・Working in Sales Planning Cosmetic & Supplement trading business.
※The main role will be office work, but depending on the business situation, you may be asked to visit customers.
・Daily work should be spoken in Japanese.
・Procurement Support
・We handle the procurement of products, including our own, from within Thailand and overseas.
・For overseas products, we will manage all aspects of the import procedure.
・In procurement support, you will also manage sales forecasts.
・Billing, Delivery, and Inventory Management
・You will be responsible for billing the products to customers, shipping them, and then managing inventory.
※Note that in some cases, you may need to visit customers directly for delivery.
・Sales Support
・You will be responsible for creating sales materials and improving all aspects of sales-related activities.
・In the absence of sales personnel, you may be required to handle customer inquiries on their behalf.
・Additionally, you may be asked to support tasks like rounder activities at consignment sales points, which include improving the sales floor.
・Aggregation/report creation
・Compile sales reports, inventory reports, etc.
・Dealing with tasks such as trademark registration and various license registrations.
・Responding to inquiries and reservations for participation in exhibitions and various events.
・Several times a month, you will work together as a team to sell booths.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 28 - 40 years old
・More than 3 years of related work experience in sales support or sales administration
・Intermediate Level of English
・Intermediate Level of Japanese（JLPT N3 UP）



*Work hours: 8:30-17:30 or 9:00-18:00
