JOB DETAIL

1. Design Architect works and Certify for Construction Permits to meet Standards and Requirements.
2. Planning and prepare the Design Specification & Color Scheme.
3. Prepare Shop drawing with Catalogue Sample and Coordinate with MEP & Structure works to manage detail work and review process until approval.
4. Prepare and Obtain Authority Application
5. Check and review quantity of work belong to designed for estimate the construction cost.
6. Site inspection and take correction action to resolving the problem.
7. Encourage and teach subordinates staff in architect design and grow with the company to take on larger and higher volumes of work.
8. Coordinate problem solving with related section. In order to be able to achieve the goals as assigned and report to Section Manager or Technical Manager as correctly and completely.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/Female, Age 26-35 Years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architect or relate field
- Architect license will be advantage.
- Knowledge of Architect principle and Civil Engineering standard
- Computer skill: AutoCAD / Microsoft Office
- Good spoken and writing in English for communication and reporting
- Professional site control following design, variation work and control subcontractor.
