- Create and implement marketing plans and strategies for products under responsibility to attract consumers and compete in the market.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and customers via market surveys and research to understand consumers and the market for develop a marketing strategy and plan.
- Initiate and develop a marketing strategy to set up on the direction of product, channel, and consumer focus which is based on insight from consumer and market data.
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies and communication concepts and activities.
- Responsibility for new product development and launch on promised time.
-Overseeing and controlling P&L and A&P to ensure on profit-oriented focus.
-Co-operate and work with the trade marketing team, monitor the effectiveness of the new marketing program - Working closely with an advertising agency and overseeing marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or any related fields
- Any gender, Age up to 35 years old
- 3-5 years’ experience for marketing field in FMCG business is preferable, experience in market research is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or any related fields
- Strong experience in Brand & Communication skill
- Experience for Project Management
- Experience in Product Development, launching NPDs
- Experience for Market research for Brand is a plus
- Fluent in English communication
