JOB DETAIL

• Develop standard costs as a basis for cost control for the fiscal year.
• Prepare reports and analyze the actual production costs incurred compared to standard costs.
• Conduct the annual stock count and inventory management activities.
• Coordinate with departments to support company cost reduction activities.
• Develop quarterly/annual operational plans and budget reports.
• Coordinate and manage the disposal of overstock and dead stock items annually.
• Prepare data for government agencies in accordance with legal requirements.
• Carry out other assigned report preparations.
• Perform duties in accordance with company standards and policies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 30-35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in cost accounting.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Japanese language proficiency is a special consideration).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and SAP.
• Calm, meticulous, able to work under pressure, and has leadership qualities.
