*Working at Sukhumvit 10
· Making their signature menu; cake and bakery.
· Research and develop new product includes creating unique recipes, exploring different ingredients, and experimenting with new flavour combinations to keep the product line fresh and exciting.
· Create and test new recipes and scaling up for commercial production, involves meticulous testing of ingredient ratios, mixing techniques, baking times, and temperatures to ensure consistent results in large-scale production.
· Enhance the quality of existing bakery products by involve optimizing production processes, shelf life, and improving the taste and texture of products.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in any related field is required
- Experience at least 3-5 years as Bakery or Pastry Chef
- Creativity and Adaptability
- Must be Active, Service-Minded, Can-Do attitude and detail oriented person
