- Can discuss techniques with customers. Provide technical advice
- Looking for new opportunity by specifying the Pain Point and mapping to the product and/or service of the company.
- Collaborate with the Cyber Security Advisor team to deliver Cyber Security Advisors that help clients address and/or resolve to the point of issues.
- Prepare Presentation and Proposal to comply with customer requirements (Comply Spec or TOR/RFP)
- Prepare Cost Sheet and Quotation and must be able to submit project proposals by e-bidding.
- Build confidence and credibility to customers for using the service to make customers see the importance of using the company's services.
- Determine the Sales Strategy and able to adjust sales strategies at all times to achieve the goal.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Experience in Presales related equipment or cybersecurity solutions before will be an advantage
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in a position or was previously responsible for Cybersecurity or other IT systems such as Network, Database, Application, System or Cloud, etc.
- Good understanding of TOR/RFP requirements, excellent in answering technical questions.
- Have Communication and Negotiation Skill
- Offer the value of the best solution to customers. Must be able to explain both Technical Solutions and Commercial Solutions.
- Understanding in working principles of equipment or a wide range of cybersecurity solutions such as Network Security, Application Security, Data Security, Endpoint/User Security, Cloud Security and Container Security, etc.
- Understanding of standards, guidelines including various laws related to Cybersecurity and can consult with customers such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, ISO27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, PDPA, etc.
- If understand or experience about (Not necessarily all) Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint, Fortigate, CrowdStrike, Imperva/Incapsula, Splunk, ArcSight, Attivo Networks, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Proofpoint, Aruba Networks, Meraki, VMware, Nutanix, Amazon Web Services, or any product that characteristic the same will be an advantage.
- Have certificates that is relevant or supplemented with the job position will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate in Thai and English both speaking and written
