- Troubleshoot and advise solutions to address cyber security issues and challenges.
- Collaborate with Cyber Security Engineer team in producing a solution to cope with the client’s circumstance. The job in this scope is to brainstorm the idea, analyze problems and design the solution, and then deliver the solution presentation to related parties.
- Take ownership in document preparation, proposal development, functional/technical requirement specification compliance according to particular requests initiated by RFP, TOR, special accounts, JV projects, etc.
- Support Business Relationships Team for any sales activities and pipelines.
- Organize overall tasks and control operational errands according to service level agreement (SLA).
- Perform technologies/products/news research, self-discovery, and then share the findings of technologies/products/news to customers and internal teams.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- This vacancy is opened for any educational institute and any degree in any field of study.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of cyber security specialist role, but not limited to other information technology area such as network, database, application, and systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge in cyber security protocols, tools and mechanisms such as Network Security, Application Security, Data Security, Endpoint/User Security, etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge in Cyber Security Framework, Cyber Kill Chain or MITRE ATT&CK™
- Excellent team-oriented personality, responsibility, hardworking, perseverance, tolerance, discretion, and sense of punctuality.
- Excellent practical communication skills and presentation skills, would be advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to plan and manage multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
- Strong analytical skill with consistent systematic thinking. Be a smart team player and positive collaborative relationship maintaining across participating parties
- Approachable personality, strong interpersonal skills, expressing creativity in giving advice, and super-effective in problem solving both daily operation facing and long term strategic difficulty.
- Practical communication skill with good command of English and Thai both verbal and written communication.
- Understanding and relevant hands-on experiences of these following commercial solutions and technologies would be a higher priority in consideration, Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint, Fortigate, CrowdStrike, Symantec, Splunk, ArcSight, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Aruba Networks, Meraki, VMware, Nutanix, Amazon Web Services (familiarity towards any of them, not mandatory for all).
- Professional certifications in relevant area is preferred.
