• Develop plans to control the production of goods.
• Develop plans to supervise employees to ensure production meets standards.
• Develop plans to support the creation of work manuals in accordance with IATF16949.
• Devise methods to reduce work time to enhance production efficiency.
• Control expenses and internal costs within the department.
• Oversee and control reports related to production, quality, and waste.
• Manage and maintain environmental management system standards as per regulations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Female, age not 30 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field, with a GPA not lower than 3.00
• At least 5 years of experience in computer-related work, problem analysis, and reporting to management
• Leadership qualities
• Intermediate level of English 5-6/10
