Highlight; Programming 70%, Infrastructure 30%

- Manage IT projects to the agreed scope, time, budget, resources, and quality from initiation through to closure
- Develop and execute the project plan and analyze project proposals which impact the schedule and budget to meet the overall objectives of the project.
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks e.g. requirements gathering, analysis, development, testing, deployment, production issue, communications, etc.
- Drive end-to-end project management to ensure all the risks, dependencies, issues, and concerns in all aspects (Business, Product, Technology, People, Support, Vendors and others) are properly managed with effective prepared and implementation with mitigation and contingency plans
- Ensure timely progress and achievement of project milestones and goals by coordinating different workstreams, identifying risks, troubleshooting, and proposing mitigation plans.
- Monitoring, forecasting and budgeting project expenditure of the whole project executions.
- Managing resources for projects such as team members, vendors, hardware/software etc.
- Managing the administrative tasks in the project e.g. lead meeting, minute of meeting, contract, purchase/payment, timesheet, presentation, project status report etc.
- Scope Management: Manage all changes to the agreed scope of work, review and assess all changes and impact to timeline and ensure all changes are approved by the owner of the project.
- Project Reporting: Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders with the right quality, consistency in content. Implement project communication plan and review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.
- Effectively identify and solve potential problems.
- Using project management tools/technology to track project performance, budget and schedule adherence
- Analyze project outcome & impact, collect feedback, positively contribute to team's culture: continuous improvement, deliver better together, and enable others' success
- Drive ‘Sense of early detection’, ‘Accountability’, 'Coaching' and ‘Motivation’ across all functional groups.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Highlight; Programming 70%, Infrastructure 30% and Manufacturing Background

- Bachelor's or higher Degree in MIS/IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer scientist or related fields
- 5+ years up experience in IT management.
- Experiences relating Project management, programming are preferable
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a project resource plan that ensures that the right people are in the right place doing the right things at the right time
- Organization and time management IT skills to keep projects on track and within budget
- Strategic thinking and planning, effective at breaking down complex problems and driving and managing change
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project execution
- Having communication skills to visualize the same working picture and coordinating to achieve the results of the work.
- Knowledge of project management skill.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Have time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team.
- Positive attitude, self-discipline, open mind and work hard.
- Have a strong sense of ownership which drives you to find ways to do things better, faster, and more effectively.
