JOB DETAIL

• Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with business leaders, understand their business strategies, and develop HR programs and initiatives to support those strategies.
• Manage to operate the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition process as per business requirement.
• Talent Management: Partner with business leaders to identify and develop talent, implement performance management processes, and manage employee relations and engagement.
• Organizational Design and Development: Work with business leaders to understand organizational structure and culture, and design and implement organization-wide changes to drive business results.
• Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues and partner with management to provide guidance and support.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Benefits and Compensation: Partner with business leaders to develop and administer benefits and compensation programs that are competitive and cost-effective.
• HR Analytics and Metrics: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, make recommendations, and measure the impact of HR programs.
• Talent Acquisition: Partner with business leaders to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
• HR Operations: Manage HR operations and processes, such as employee data management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Any Gender
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience with strong background in Business Partner role (Focus in Recruitment Role in IT Business/ companies)
• Well-organized and Good in Interpersonal Skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
• Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
