Scope ;
Responsible for maintaining and improving the Enterprise Risk Management Program, transforming risk into a performance by collaborating with all related parties, and implementing proactive risk management. Ensuring consistency in risk management across the Group and its affiliated companies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee ERM program, ensuring full implementation of procedures, protocols, and strategies.
- Facilitate Risk Committee Meetings.
- Guide and support functions in executing risk management responsibilities consistency.
- Facilitate regular risk assessments, risk reporting, and establish key metrics for monitoring the organization’s risk profile.
- Recommend policy changes, provide guidance to business units, monitor loss event reporting, and identify emerging risk trends.
- Serve as an expert on risk management.
- Leverage risk insights to ensure a consistent and robust approach to risk management across the Company.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit to influence appropriate risk coverage and meet the Company’s risk management goals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in risk management.
- Familiarity with Risk Management Framework,
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
- Strong coordination skills, a good command of English (TOEIC > 650) and demonstrated understanding listed companies.
- Strategic thinking for overall management, with a logical and rational thinking system.
