Direct Report to Sr. Thai Manager

1. Direct interface between country business team and share service team to ensure efficient and effective accounting processes.
2. Manage P&L Statement and Balance Sheet and Ensure financial reporting is prepared in a timely manner in accordance with group accounting standards, statutory and tax requirements.
3. Be a key contact point for finance operations partners and auditors.
4. Ensure that global finance processes with effective internal controls are implemented in the unit with a feedback loop for continuous improvement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 30-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in accounting field. (If have master's degree is an advantage).
3. Must have at least 8 years in accounting & finance from manufacturing industry and multinational company with revenue size around 400-500MB per year (If have experience dealing with joint venture company (2-3companies) is an advanatge)
4. Must have at least 4 years in General and Administrative (G&A) Expenses.
5. Must have all technical experience as listed;
- Month-End closing including reviewing P&L and Balance Sheet and Corporate Income Tax Calculation.
- Company reporting package
- Strong understanding in accounting standard.
- Dealing with auditor or revenue department to issue financial statement
- SAP system.
6. Upper Intermediate level of English.
