JOB DETAIL

- Review all the work reported by Accounting Manager (45 years old/Man)
- Supervise Accounting Manager and team members (9 staff) to achieve the target.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and tax return report.
- Manage accounting team to deliver month/quarter/year end closing by time schedule.
- Monthly/Quarterly (package) report to parent company in Japan.
- Coordinate with Revenue Department for Tax refund (VAT and Corporate Tax).
- Improve working process in the team, coordinating with IT members.
- Generate accounting and financial report, including tax report, and summarize to management.
- Manage daily cash flow and funding from Bank.
- Any other job requested by company.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting field with 5 years in manager’s level.
- Experience for Tax refund (VAT and Corporate tax) is must.
- Experienced in Rental or Leasing business is preferable.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word
- Good command of English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
