This is a customer service position at a company that operates a business matching website.
90% of customers are local Thai companies, and in this customer service position, you will be responsible for responding to telephone and email inquiries from Thai customers as well as supporting Sales Team.
-Responding to customer's enquiries (Call and Email)
-Making appointments with new clients (*After you making appointments with clients, sales team will have meeting with those new clients)*You do not need English skills
-Other tasks assigned by Thai Manager
