OVERVIEW
As the ‘Senior Accountant’ responsibilities all operations of accounting and administration
activities, includes preparing financial reports, performing accounts reconciliations,
maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparation and
performing other accounting duties as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage overall accounting activity, including Financial reporting, AP, AR, Fixed asset
management, inventory, general ledger preparation and inter-company transactions
• Perform an accurate and timely Month-end closing and performance analysis reports
• Perform an accurate and timely Year-end auditing, both internal and external auditors
• Ensure all balance sheets are accurately aligned and prepared in a timely manner
• Manage and control company productivities including Profit and Loss
• Manage a financial management database to ensure GL quality and reconciliation
• Monitor and analyze the company to maintain a high level of accuracy and
competency
• Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year
• Assist with the development and implementation of new procedures and features to
enhance the workflow processes

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• FEMALE age 30-40 years old, English-speaking Thai national.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related field
• A Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
• CPA license or experience in big company is advantage
• Excellent in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure
• Reliable, organized, self-motivated, with attention to details
