JOB DETAIL
The main work is GA, but you will also be responsible for HR work as part of general affairs work.
In terms of HR, you will utilize external resources such as labor consultants and law firms to consider proposals and improvements that are best for the company and its employees.
The reporting line is the Japanese manager (in the future, the reporting line will be the general affairs and human resources at the Japanese head office) and the MD.
[HR Tasks]
① Recruitment-related tasks (recruitment, interview settings, joining procedures, joining orientation, etc.)
② Labor-related tasks (work management, medical checkup arrangements, various insurance procedures, etc.)
③ Supporting visa, work-permit, 90-day declaration, etc for Japanese employees
④ Updating job regulations and welfare regulations, building an evaluation system (exchanging opinions with MDs, Japanese managers, etc.)
[GA Tasks]
① Recruitment related (joining procedures, fingerprint registration, delivery of loaned items, PC usage instructions, etc.)
② Equipment related (ordering stationery, ordering coffee, arranging souvenirs, etc.)
③ Office contract related (contract renewal, security card, parking lot, etc.)
④ Vehicle-related (vehicle dispatch, vehicle inspection/maintenance management, rental car arrangement, daily operation report, driver dispatch company counter, etc.)
⑤ Others (arranging hotels for business travelers, receiving and distributing mail, creating annual holiday calendar, etc.)
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
[Requirements]
-Must have at least 3 years of BOTH HR and GA experience
-Must have experience in supporting VISA/Work-permit related tasks before at any japanese companies
-Must have JLPT N2 or above (*Can not accept N3)
