JOB DETAIL

• Take care and take responsibility Technical Center.
• Assist customers and provide necessary information when they visit Technical Center.
• Act as a call center of the Bangkok office, forward calls to respective persons in charge, and coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
• Give advice regarding products and services at Technical Center, by phone, and via online channels of.
• Hold product and technology training for new employees and new Solution Experts (as known as PCs).
• Hold seminars regarding products and technologies to customers, students, and any interested groups.
• Write and submit reports as scheduled.
• Other as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Any gender (but preferably female) age, 23-30 years old
• Bachelor's degree in any fields (most universities are ok this time)
• Experience in sales position or sales experience 1-2 years
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Outgoing personality.
• Well-spoken English and presentation skills (having TOEIC or any English test certificate is a plus.)
• Japanese language is also a plus.
• Able to commute to and work at G Tower, Rama 9
