- Oversees the correctness of record overall accounting entries (AP, AR, PV, RV, and JV)
- Coordinates with team to plans the budgeting
- Oversees the correctness of Bank Reconciliation
- Submits Withholding Tax certificates
- Reviews the monthly Tax reports (PND.1,3,53,54, PP.30,36)
- Reconciles all balance sheet and income statement accounts on monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule
- Review the inventory report and policy.
- Prepares reports as assignment from headquarter
- Reports and analyses the finance and accounting data to Headquarter
- Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs, including preparation of periodic budget forecasts
- Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to management
- Reports to management and headquarter, and providing advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
- Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
- Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities
- Perform basic office management duties as requested

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female, age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years’ experience in accounting
- Ability to work hard and work under pressure
- Hold an analytical mind
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Advance computer skills (MS-Office applications)
- Good English communication skills; both written and verbal
- Able to work in team and independently
- High responsibility, quick learning and self-motivated
- Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills
