Position: Software Manager (Engine Control)
Team: Engine (Powertrain)
Number of Subordinate: 10-15 members
Main Responsibilty: Develop software related to 'In-Vehicle Information Systems' and 'Diesel Engine ECU'.

Job Description:
1. Cooporate with internal management and head quarter staffs for software development strategy including manage team and recruitment process.
2. Prepare and manage budget yearly and quarter and support some parts which related to purchasing matters of the team.
3. Work with project management to ensure project status in section that is accurate and that issues are raised up and solve quickly.
4. Monitor for overall of project status (include risk & issue) and control workload of development team.
5. Supervise and oversee development team by seting target to improve both technical and work process.
6. Analyze and solve any problems in timely manner.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
3. More than 7 years of experience in software development (Embedded system is preferred) with experience in managing and delivering large-scale projects.
4. More than 2 years of experience in management role with experience supervising subordinates. (Proven track records in leading a team of over 15 members on multiple projects).
5. Required strong experience of software development life cycle, software development process and documents.
6. Strong experience for project management skill and able to handle/control any pressure/variety of situation
of the project. (CMMI/PMP is advantage).
7. Intermediate level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage).
NOTE: Work from home policy, depends on volume of work and company's regulations. (New members works in the office everyday during probation)
