【Main Duty】
In-house system Q&A translation + HR support Tasks
【Job Description】
・Q&A translation work for in-house systems for call centers
・Have a meeting with the head office in Japan about Q&A
・Will update the system with Q&A
※Q&A System does not require specialized knowledge.Just enter Japanese text.
・Responding to client inquiries via email or phone
・Interpret/Translate between Japanese and Thai.
・Make accounting document, contract and some documents related to operate office.
・Support Japanese manager.
・HR Manager's HR work support
Report to Thai HR Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
【Must】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 22-27 years old 【Can apply new graduate】
・More than 2 years of work experience as an interpreter or translator
・More than 2 years of work experience in Japanese companies
・Intermediate Level of Japanese 【JLPT N3 UP】
・Lower Intermediate Level of English
【Advantage】
・Experiences of Admin, Accounting, GA, Secretary or any positions about new office set up.
