Business Unit: Real Estate (Housing)
Department: Sales and Marketing
Direct Report to Marketing Department Manager/ Project Director
Subordinates: 2; Marketing Officers

Scope of work: Control, plan, oversee the implementation, and develop a marketing plan. Survey competitor market data and initiate new project strategies.

Job Responsibility:
- Developing a strategy for marketing and relationship management
- Planning marketing activities and budgets on a monthly and annual basis
- Planning and controlling activities according to the monthly plan with customers
- Following up on work to align with the online/offline media plan
- Planning and executing marketing activities and initiating new projects
- Managing internal human resources in the unit.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, age 30-35 years old
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
- 5-8 years of work experience in Marketing
- Work experience in Real Estate or any relevant business is a highly preferred
- Knowledge about Real Estate (Housing) or any relevant business
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Proficient in using design software such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other media production programs.
- Able to manage and collaborate with others effectively.
