Business Unit: Real Estate (Housing)
Department: HR
Direct Report to HR Department Manager
Subordinates: 3 HRBP Ofiicers

Scope of work: Oversee human resources management to align with the business and labor market conditions. This includes promoting and developing strategies to attract, retain, and maintain high-quality talents for the company.

Job Responsibility:
- Provide advice to managers/departments on employee management in each department.
- Act as a coordinator in all matters related to human resources, such as recruitment, development, compensation and benefits, changes, transfers, management structure, and disciplinary regulations.
- Act as a connector and foster understanding between employees and the company, emphasizing communication and monitoring of various operations according to company policies.
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of employees in each position to assess their performance.
- Understand the business of the area managed and can explain the processes/steps in performing tasks.
- Responsible for community relations in the workplace, fostering understanding, creating good relationships, and conveying information to relevant departments when issues arise.
- Coordinate with various government agencies involved in operations.
- Ensure peace and order and adhere to the terms of contracts and labor laws for contracted employees working onsite.
- Other assigned tasks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, age around 30-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Economics, or any related
- 5-8 years of work experience in HR, HRBP, or any relevant positions
- Work experience in Real Estate (Housing) or any relevant business is a highly preferred
- Computer skills
- English language proficiency
- Communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Service-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of labor laws, labor relations, and related regulations
