JOB DETAIL
• Recruit personnel through various channels as per the Job Description (advertising, conducting interviews, testing, screening, checking backgrounds, and presenting job offers).
• Introduce new and innovative recruitment techniques to the company.
• Coordinate with relevant departments in the selection of personnel for each position.
• Conduct job interviews and record employee data in the database, as well as maintain document records.
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing the workforce.
• Create employment contracts, performance evaluation documents, and other related documents.
• Orient and introduce new employees before they start their job.
• Maintain the original copies of new employee documents in the files.
• Set up booths at various events and activities to recruit employees.
• Handle various company announcements.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Female, age 25-35 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment/selection or HR-related roles.
• Interpersonal skills for working effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Intermediate level of English
• Able to go to some events sometimes when needed (university event etc.)
