JOB DETAIL
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, meetings schedule and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male / Female, age 28-35 years, Chinese Nationality./ or Thai
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least 4 years as executive secretary of related experience required.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
- Good command in Chinese (HSK 6 only**), can use Thai language to communicate.
- If Chinese who can communicate Thai would be more preferred
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry.
- Professionally greeting and receiving guests and clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
