• To analyze, set up production line strategic mid - long term (3-5 year) along with Power Product production situation
• To simulate line, process to eliminate loss time and production obstacles that can be competitive with the other competitor
• To import innovation, technic and new production pattern linkage with global environment changing
• To contact with Global/ Regional Operation and the others production base of Power Product
• To contact and coordinator about Japanese support with Headquarter

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 25-30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Industrial engineering, or related field
• Have working experience in Production planning or business planning will be advantage
• Have knowledge of general software such as Microsoft office/PowerPoint/Microsoft excel
• Good creativity and innovative thinking skills
• Good communication in English and Japanese (TOEIC score 500 up / N2 in Japanese skill will be advantage)
• Able to join in teams work and work under pressure
