JOB DETAIL

• Prepare document for construction permit including sign in Letter of Consent for owner.
• Coordinate both externally and internally.
• Inspect building by customer request.
• Prepare construction drawing by assignment.
• Participate in meeting, survey construction location to prepare information for the auction.
• Prepare document, list, and request material price from Sub Contract.
• Material and labor cost estimation by Preliminary Drawing.
• Another assigned task.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, age 30-35 years old
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 5 years’ experience in construction engineering.
• Can communicate in English, preferably with TOEIC score 700 or higher.
