JOB DETAIL

1. Responsible as Sales Support for the department regarding the products and administrative tasks.
2. Responsible as Sales Support for the execution after the business conclusion to delivery by assignment from Sales team with good communications.
3. Handle the documentation task i.e. Issuing Purchase and /or Sales Contracts, Invoice, Debit Note, shipping document for import products, etc.
4. Timely and precisely manage the routine workflow; payments (A/R and A/P), Workflows (Customs Clearance/delivery).
5. Communicate with related parties, internal members (back-office staffs) and external organizations(customers,vendors ,related goverment offices).
6. Provide and arrange the reports needed by Sales team and management i.e. market reports, etc.
7. Perform the assignment as per the requirement from Division Management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 23-26 years old. *New graduates from logistics field with Japanese speaking skills are welcomed to apply!
2. Bachelor's degree in business administration or logistics related field.
3. At least 1 year of experience as Sales Coordinator from trading company with knowledge in import-export process & incoterms (If have work experience for Japanese trading company is an advantage).
4. Intermediate Level of English with TOEIC Score 650 or higher.
5. JLPT N3 only.
6. Fast learner and good attitude & mindset as Sales Coordicator (as having to patiently assist client directly by phone calls & e-mails).
