JOB DETAIL

1. Sales support (around 30% after company establishment period but will be 60-70% in the future)
・Export procedure (documentation such as invoice, and listing)
・Contacting with clients and suppliers such as sending invoice and list, confirming delivery process, contacting with shipping company (OJT is available if its needed)
・Visiting clients (greeting both JP and TH clients)
・Might have business trip in the future around Chonburi and Ayutthaya

2. Admin tasks (around 70% after company establishment)
・Assisting JP MD tasks (booking business trip itinerary)
・Preparing office equipment (phone call, other office tool)
・Preparing accounting outsourcing document and submission
・Reporting process to JP MD
・Other assigned tasks

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Bachelor's degree in any related field
・Any gender, age between 30-40 years old
・Obtaining JLPT N2 and able to speak Japanese in intermediate to business level
・Intermediate level of Japanese
・Having sales, sales support, or admin experience for 1 year
・Having working experience in trading or logistics company for 5-10 years
・Understanding the workflow of import & export and able to onboard soon
・Able to go to domestic business trip (mainly Chonburi and Ayutthaya)
