JOB DETAIL
● Train users how to use the app & recommend usage ideas (Online & On-site)
● Follow-up & provide consulting support to ensure successful usage
● Support Thai and overseas customers in English & Thai via LINE Official Account, email, phone etc.
● Explain and demonstrate features of products and services (Present our solution) to potential customers/existing customers (Online & On-site)
● Handle internal procedures & contact customers (new and renewal contract)
● Continuously create & update support materials
● Translation for any announcement, language in the app etc.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
● Female, Age 28-32 years old
● Bachelor’s degree of any field
● Good command of English - Business Level. Able to explain, give advice, discuss business (both verbally and in writing)
● 2-3 years of experience of communicating with customers on a daily basis in BtoB business
● Having 2-3 years' experience in Sales Co./Sales & Support/Customer Success/Customer Support would be an advantage
● Having experience in the SaaS/Technology-related fields would be an advantage
● Having experience of studying abroad in an English-speaking country would be an advantage
