Responsibilities: Overall accounting and repot to the Japan HQ

1. Close monthly accounts and report to the head office (within 5 business days)
2. Report consolidated packages to the Japanese accounting team for quarterly and annual closing
3. Managing day-to-day accounting operations, payment
4. Complete all processes from compilation of internal documents, journal entries, review by external consultants
5. Report to the Japanese HQ accounting team via accounting system
6. Hold monthly meetings with Japan HQ accounting team in English
7. Respond to the Japanese accounting team regarding large transactions or new transactions that occurred in Thailand
8. Other related tasks

*Working with one accounting staff (one subordinate)
*Report to Japanese manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age higher than 28 years old, any gender
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- More than 5 years of working experience at a listed (IPO) Japanese company in Thailand
- Understand Japanese accounting rules and how Japanese accounting system works
- Able to complete the whole process using Thai accounting system : internal documentation >> Journal entry >>
Accounting review with outsourced consultants >> Report to Japanese HQs
- Upper Intermediate level of English (able to use accounting terms in English and be able to communicate with Japan HQs in English.)
