- Conduct various training activities, such as employee product knowledge, organizational culture, sales skills, etc. internally.
- Develop training plans for training projects, carry them out efficiently, monitor, and take responsibility for training outcomes.
- Conduct random store visits or phone calls to assess training outcomes.
- Support the organization of product launches, large-scale training events, and key customer training.
- Take responsibility for collecting training materials, video production for training, and other related media production.
- Conduct market visits related to research and development of company training programs.
- Perform tasks related to on-the-job training according to the actual situation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, aged between 22-28 years.
- Proficient in using office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Confident in speaking and communication.
- Inspirative, creative, and able to initiate and execute new ideas.
- Able to make posters, videos, and edit short clips for training supports
- Highly responsible, excellent communication skills, patient, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to withstand pressure, with a solid commitment to developing in the training field.
- Enthusiastic, cheerful, and a team player.
- No gender restrictions, with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in Chinese with confidence, HSK Level 5 or higher (No certificate is fine)
