JOB DETAIL

1. Input Purchase Contract and Sales Contract into SAP System.
2. Coordinate with Supplier & Customer for Delivery/Shipment.
3. Input Purchase/Sales Transaction into SAP System
4. Arrange Payment Voucher/Collection Voucher
5. Follow up payment from Customer
6. Participate in Supplier Meeting or Customer Meeting if necessary
7. Support sales

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 23-25 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in International Business Management, Business Admin or other related field.
3. At least 1 year with experience as Sales Support or Sales Coordinator with knowledge in import-export process (If have experience working in steel trading business is an advantage).
4. If able to use SAP system is an advantage.
5. Intermediate level of English.
6. If able to start working immediately is an advantage.
