1. Maintain excellent communication and relationships with senior-level clients, promptly convey client information to the company, and actively support the development of new clients based on the company’s operations.
2. Participate in the development of the client’s annual overall strategy and brand positioning.
3. Lead the team to provide clients with strategic advice, draft proposals, and be responsible for proposals for various projects.
4. Guide the team in drafting proposals and participating in proposal bidding; being capable of writing various types of proposals that align with client requirements in response to media needs.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments and provide targeted analysis and recommendations to clients.
6. Exhibit excellent planning and coordination abilities, capable of expanding the business and with strong resilience and excellent team management experience.
7. Oversee the completion of project cost accounting and the submission of final reports, responsible for resolving issues related to client payments.
8. Responsible for structuring and managing the business unit, distributing team responsibilities and duties according to business objectives, supervising work, and maintaining relationships; provide guidance and support to employees in their actual work and work attitude, ensuring employee performance and healthy growth.
9. Achieve annual performance targets, control and manage departmental human resource cost budgets and project budgets.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in marketing, communication, digital PR, market strategy or other related fields, or extensive experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred
2. Experience in leading teams to develop proposals and familiar with social media strategies; in-depth understanding of social marketing and new media communication industry.
3. Excellent planning and coordination skills, business expansion capabilities, and strong resilience.
4. Over 5 years of team management experience, with excellent professional and interpersonal skills.
5. Demonstrated ability in business development and related client resources, with extensive experience in planning and executing projects, and the ability to understand client core requirements.
6. Good Command of Chinese is a *must*
