JOB DETAIL

1) Support client (BtoB) to make sure system and security system of mail system with Microsoft Active Directory.
2) Assist installing and implementing Microsoft AzureAD and M365 services
3) Develop system of Intune and SSO (Single Sign On) tools
4) Planning and implementing software product
5) Coordinating with sales to visit clients and install IT products (network, cloud, security software) in the client's office or factory.
6) Testing and improving the software products
7) Educating clients on how to use the software products if needed
8) Pre-sales engineer tasks to be in charge of sales activity

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

System Engineer who has/is:
1) experience in mail system with Microsoft Active Directory. (Must have)
2) familiar with Microsoft AzureAD and M365 services (Must have)
3) familiar with Intune and SSO (Single Sign On) tools (if possible)

- At least 4-5 years experience in UNIX, Linux and Windows Administrator
- Setup and maintain documentation, and standards
- In-Dept knowledge of Enterprise IT Infrastructure System (Mail system, Directory service, and Endpoint security)
