Report to: Finance & Accounting Manager
Department: Finance & Accounting Department
• Responsible for all payment transactions both local vendors and oversea vendors.
• Monitoring and control petty cash.
• Fixed asset control, to perform yearly physical count, disposal and write off fixed asset.
• Prepare withholding tax reconciliation and submit to Revenue department (PND.1, 3, 53, 54 and Porpor.36).
• Generate Debit note & Credit note to related parties.
• Monthly report (E.g. AP outstanding, Short term loan and etc).
• Support Supervisor for Month end closing => Responsible for accrued expenses.
• Take care Sell-Out report,2nd tier rebate and salesman incentive.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male & Female, age 25-28 years old, Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Have an experience in accounting at least 3 years
• Have an experience in Function Payment & Fixed Asset
• Have an experience in any company (not merely an accounting firm)
• Have an experience in SAP program is a must
• Good in English both communication & writing is a must
• Good command of MS Office
