JOB DETAIL

1. Maintain, support, and develop all IT-related systems, operations, and services necessary to ensure optimal performance of company infrastructure.
2. Maintain the integrity and security of all company data.
3. Ensure the company’s computer systems are secure from hackers and other threats.
4. Make recommendations regarding system management, improvements, and enhancements.
5. Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
7. Implement and maintain an effective disaster recovery plan.
8. Develop and implement strategic plans for IT maintenance, improvements, and upgrades.
9. Monitoring the performance of IT staff and providing regular feedback to improve performance.
10. Coordinating with others on projects such as software implementation or hardware installation.
11. Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 30 – 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
- 5 years professional experience in IT, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including backup systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate team members.
- Working knowledge of programming languages.
