JOB DETAIL

• Receive incident from user and handle communication with them
• Routine setting on SAP as per user request by following manual and procedure
• Routine maintenance tasks on SAP such as Yearly Financial setup, Monthly Accounting check, etc.
• Answer user's inquiry by refer FAQ and Knowledge article
• Send announcement to users as per request

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 24-30 years old
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Computer or related fields.
- Experience at least 2 years.
- Work in some IT field, Helpdesk, Call Center, work with Japanese customer
- Experience in OA (PC, MS Office, etc), SAP, ITIL
- Good communication in English.
- Good service mind and good team player
- Good communication and negotiation skill.
