Main Responsibility:
1. Support and coordinate with Japanese MD (for internal communication, translating English e-mails);

Other tasks upon request:
1. Recieve orders from clients and input data in ERP system- and issue quotation & invoice to client;
2. . Update PO to supplier and follow up the distribution;
3. Coordinate with factory and warehouse for sending parts to be produced/manufactured;
4. Coordinate with suppliers both domestically and internationally about purchasing and distributing;
5. Visit client with Japanese MD
6. Assist Sales (for external communication, e-mailing, with Japanese clients translating Japanese e-mails).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 27-31 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any field
3. At least 2 years of experiences as sales coordinator, customer service, sales support from trading or manufacturing company.
4. Intermediate level of English
5. *JLPT N3 or higher. (Emailing, Translations, Internal-Communication as able to translate English e-mails and explain to Japanese MD)
