1. Plan and execute strategy for inside sales division;
2. Manage the inside sales team;
3. Moitor daily operation of each team leaders;
4. Monitor Inside Sales performance;
5. Train and develop skill for team members;
6. Set and track targets for inside sales team;
7. Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process;
8. Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or services;
9. Build an open-communication environment for team;
10. Liaise with Sales departments to ensure service consistency and increase sales.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 35-40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics field.
3. Minimum 6 years as in sales administration related position from freight forwarding company with management experience.
4. Intermediate level of in English
