JOB DETAIL

1. Establish and manage QMS and the overall performance of QA department.
2. Review and ensure the quality of product and process to comply with the regulation and customer’s
requirements.
3. Plan, implement, and maintain the quality audit and management review and provide reporting
results to the management.
4. Participate in internal, external, supplier and customer audits as well as regulatory inspections.
5. Manage quality assurance staff and employees to meet organizational quality targets.
6. Perform root cause analysis of errors and non-conformances and implement corrective action.
7. Conduct quality related trainings to enhance employees' quality awareness and create a culture of
continuous improvement.
8. Assist in preparing budgets and financial statements.
9. Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 38-45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, PPAP, Control Plan, MSA, APQP, FMEA, SPC, etc.
- At least 7 years of experience in a quality management system, quality assurance environment, in electronic manufacturing industry including experience in quality assurance manager or relevant leadership role.
- Outstanding verbal and written both in Thai and English and communication skill with all kind of people.
- Attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office along with databases.
