JOB DETAIL
Troubleshooting and setting up IT infrastructure (PCs, CCTV, copiers).
*included both employees at Head office and Work site office
Daily monitoring and management of IT assets and security.
Procurement negotiations with local vendors.
IT asset setup and collection for new and departing employees.
Software license management.
Communication about IT security policies.
Giving advice about IT issues. (Complex issues can be relayed to vendors.)
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Graduated from bachelor of information technology or IT related major.
At least 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
Business-level proficiency in both Thai and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Basic knowledge of security practices
