【Manufacturing Group】
・Provide consulting & research with the clients in Manufacturing field (Automobile, Construction Machine, Electronics, Food, etc.)

【Responsibilities】
Client Meetings: Understand client needs and challenges, and set project objectives.
Data Analysis: Analyze data provided by the client and extract information useful for solving business issues.
Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify issues and opportunities that the client is facing.
Strategy Development: Develop strategies to resolve the client's business challenges based on analysis and research.
Solution Proposal: Propose concrete solutions and approaches to resolve the client’s issues.
Project Management: Coordinate the progress of the project and achieve objectives within the timeline and budget.
Report Creation: Create documents to report the progress and results of the project to the client.
Presentation: Present the created reports and analysis results to the client.
Client Support: Support the client even during the implementation phase and assist in executing strategies and plans.
Collaboration: Collaborate with related departments within the client's company and other stakeholders to support smooth project progression.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's Degree （GPA 3.0 UP）
・Male or Female
・Age between 30 - 40 years old 　
・Upper Intermediate Level of English （TOEIC 800 or equivalent.）
・Upper Intermediate Level of Japanese（JLPT N2 UP）
・Experience in project management/PMO
・More than 4 years of work experience in a consulting firm

・Work experience: Must have one from (a)-(c)
(a) Experience Corporate Planning, Business Development or related position Manufacturing field (Automobile, Construction Machine, Electronics, Food, etc.)
(b) Consulting or Research for the client in Manufacturing field (Automobile, Construction Machine, Electronics, Food, etc.).
(c) Research experience in Bank.

・Skill: Planning, Presentation, PC (MS Word, Excel, Power Point), Communication, Project management skills.
